Refund policy

At RAWCAGE, our gloves are made for performance and built to last. Because of the nature of combat sports equipment, we can only accept returns under strict conditions:

 

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to it.
  
• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for return postage and packaging costs with tracking.
• For hygiene reasons, gloves that have been used or show signs of wear cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• Customised or limited-edition products are non-returnable unless faulty.
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement.
